Terms of Service

Last updated: 12 August 2026
This is a first published version of Repzy's terms, written to close the gap of having none at all. It has not yet been reviewed by external legal counsel and should be before it is treated as a binding, complete agreement — particularly the liability, payment, and termination sections.

1. What Repzy is

Repzy is a review-automation platform for local service businesses. It lets a business's staff log a customer's contact details after a visit, sends that customer a post-visit request that links to the business's real, public Google review page, and privately routes lower-rated visits back to the business owner. By creating a tenant account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

2. What Repzy does not do

3. Your responsibilities as a tenant

4. Subscriptions and payment

Access to a tenant account requires an active subscription. If payment lapses, the account moves into a grace period and then a read-only/locked state until payment resumes, per the plan terms shown at signup. Specific pricing is provided directly to each prospective tenant.

5. Data

How customer and business data is collected, stored, and shared is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

6. Service availability

Repzy is provided on an "as available" basis. We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and are not liable for message delivery failures caused by third-party providers (WhatsApp/Meta, Twilio, email delivery networks) outside our control.

7. Termination

Either party may stop using/providing the service at any time. On termination, a tenant's data is retained only as long as reasonably needed to close out the account, and deleted on request subject to any legal retention requirement.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top of this page.
